Experience

Web Design

Have been designing web sites for seven years putting emphasis on minimalistic layouts and validated code while retaining cross-browser functionality. Work is focused on the harmony of design and the controllability of CSS to illustrate visual balance.

Photography

Over twelve years of experience behind the lens of a camera, currently working with a Nikon D70s, Nikkor & Tokina lenses, and Bogen-Manfrotto gear. Photographic works have showcased on several web sites, appeared in various personal projects like Losing Georgia, and have been published in my books including the latest, The Residual Solace.

Writing

Became a published author in 2003 with my first book, The Truth Be Told, which is the beginning of a three part series of poetic writings. In June of 2008 the second part of the series was published as The Residual Solace. I am currently working on two additional books reflecting my home town - Losing Georgia which illustrates the urbanization of a growing town and Saving Hunter, the untold story of recovering 1st Lt. Robert G. Hunter who died in northern Laos during 1966.

Google Earth

Have been the recipient of three 'Best of Google Earth' awards for work done for the Losing Georgia Project - the documentation of Douglas County, Georgia covering urbanization development, historical places and cemeteries. Became the first person in the State of Georgia to produce maps with Google Earth illustrating a county's cemetery listing and historical resource surveys.
